Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Law

Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [B.A.L.L.B.] is a dual degree professional course in administrative law. Bachelor of Arts + Bachelor of Laws [B.A.L.L.B.] is a five year long course. BA LLB is an integrated course in law having duration of 5 years. The course is meant to provide education to deserving candidates in the area of law. The uniqueness of the degree is that it includes both graduation and post graduation in a single course. Diverse aspects of tax law, civil law, administrative law, criminal law, etc are covered under the course. Though the course mainly concentrates in areas of law and legislature, it also includes the study of History, Sociology, Political Science, and so on.

It covers subjects related to Arts field such as Economics, History, Sociology and Political Science etc. alongside specialized fields of law like Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Patent Law, Administrative Law, Tax Law, International Law and Labor Law. This course goes beyond the tedious classroom learning. The time spent during this course is made interesting by constantly organizing the case studies and mock court drills alongside theoretical lectures. It is a course where focus is on developing skills that will help the students to tackle any kind of legal problem they may face in the future. The objective of this course is to equip the students with expert knowledge.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law is an undergraduate Administrative Law professional integrated course. It is a combination of the study of Law and Business administration. The degree course provides an integrated understanding of the interrelationship of Management Studies and Law in their entirety than in specified areas. As of Law, it is a set of categorized rules and regulations under which any society or country is governed.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law is a five Years Course with ten semesters. The maximum duration to clear the course is a period of eight years from the date of admission to the First Semester Course. It is called an Integrated Course because its course curriculum involves the study of Commerce and business administration etc. along with the in-depth study of law and legislature.It is also referred as Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law. The medium of instruction is mostly English unless specified.

Bachelor of Legislative

L.L.B. or Bachelor of Legislative Law is an undergraduate law course offered by various Indian universities. There are two options to pursue LLB course. One is the 3-year course for which the minimum eligibility criterion is graduation and the other is integrated course of 5-year duration for undergraduate students.The course is divided into six semesters in most of the law universities.

LLB course is considered to be one of the most prestigious courses and a various career options for the same are available in both private and public sectors. Although, most of the lawyers prefer to become advocate and practice law as profession.

L.L.B. course is generally divided into six semesters. During the 3 year course, students get the LLB (General) after successful completion of 4 semesters. Master of Law

LLM or Master of Law is a postgraduate degree awarded to law students who have completed 2 years of higher studies after law graduation. It is a two year program with four semesters. The LLM course is recognized by UGC. In India for practicing as a lawyer LLM is not required.

The course is introduced to make the law graduate to have specialization in their interested areas. The major areas of specialization includes Family law, Taxation Law, constitutional law etc. In India there are many universities/institution which offers Master of Laws for students.After completion of the course, an LL.M. graduate can find employment in any of the sectors which require legal expertise and work as Lawyers, Legal consultants, Indian Legal Services, Advisors, Solicitor, Legal Writer etc.

The course enables the students to be specialized in the field of law and legal affairs of the country. This course is designed to give an overview of trademarks and trademark law and practice in countries around the world. There will also be some attention given to various international treaties, conventions and agreements.
